Gola
Contemporary Irish wooden jewellery, handmade in Ireland.
These tiny wooden cube studs are about as minimal as you get. Named after the beautiful Gola Island in Donegal, they come in either natural or ebonised native Irish yew and are polished with Burren wildflower beeswax for an extra smooth finish. They are attached to a sterling silver ear post with a butterfly back and measure 0.6 x 0.6 cm.
Each piece is made from natural, sustainably sourced wood and so will be completely unique. While the size and shape will be as pictured, there is considerable variation in the colour and grain in every piece of wood.
Every purchase comes beautifully packaged as pictured, a perfect little piece of Ireland. If you would like to include a handwritten gift note with your order just pop your message in the box at checkout and I'll do the rest.
All of my work is made to order and I allow 3-5 business days from ordering to shipping. However, if you need something in a hurry please contact me directly and I will try to facilitate you. For those of you with sensitive ears, I can make any of my earrings with surgical steel findings instead of sterling silver, please get in touch if you would like me to make you a pair.
